Flexi Estimating Cost Setup

Flexi has the ability to estimate costs per job. Right click on any Job in the Flexi Manager software.

Select Job Estimation from the drop down choices.

You must setup each ink color cost and the film cost. Select the 2nd tab over and create each ink color and set its cost. Start by adding the Cobra Film. Click the media box and select new to name the paper Cobra Film, set the cost. Once the film is setup, proceed to  setup all of the inks and powder glue.. 

Method Setting : Make sure area is selected for all entries.

Cobra Film : (.33) Cents Per Square Foot

Ink White :   (.05) Cents Per Square Foot 

Ink Adhesive :   (.10) Cents Per Square Foot 

Ink Cyan :   (.04) Cents Per Square Foot 

Ink Magenta :   (.04) Cents Per Square Foot 

Ink Yellow:   (.04) Cents Per Square Foot 

Ink Black :   (.04) Cents Per Square Foot 

So now that you have  all of the costs and inks setup, return to the 1st tab and use the automatic setting for the size, This estimates on the current Job what the dimensions of the film that is being utilized currently. Next select each check box that applies to your estimate and now you will see the total for the open Job. Feel free to add in new entries for tax or other company costs for estimating.
