You can use the crosshairs example in your Cobra Flex folder to print the alignment test.

H01 : White Head
H02 : Adhesive Head
Vertical Movement : Up and Down
In the chart below your H01 vert is 916. H01 This represents the White Head.
In the chart below your H02 vert is 1779. H02 This represents the Adhesive Head
By increasing this # you can move the print towards the printer inward. Towards the rear paper roll. Up.
By decreasing this # you can move the print down and away from the rear paper roll. Down.
Horizontal Movement : Left and Right
In the chart below you have your left and right #'s. Right and Left #'s should always be the same # pairs, matching each other according to each head as shown below in the image.
H01 represents the White Head.
By lowering the #, say from 6, to 5, the white will adjust movement to the right.
By raising the #, say from 6, to 7, the white will adjust movement to the left.
By lowering the #, say from 6, to 5, the white will adjust movement to the right.
By raising the #, say from 6, to 7, the white will adjust movement to the left.
H02 represents the Adhesive Head.
By lowering the #, say from 2, to 1, the white will adjust movement to the right.
By raising the #, say from 2, to 3, the white will adjust movement to the left.
By lowering the #, say from 2, to 1, the white will adjust movement to the right.
By raising the #, say from 2, to 3, the white will adjust movement to the left.
Print the crosshair example and make minor adjustments to dial in the correct position
for your white and adhesive heads. Your CMYK acts like the base or anchor position and
you adjust the other heads to align to the CMYK's current position. Once all lined up you
should see no overlap of white or adhesive on top of your color.
